Cancellations
Because much of the work begins as soon as records are received, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of booking to qualify for a full refund. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. If rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.Late Arrivals (for live sessions only)
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled 1:1 session, the session may be shortened to fit the remaining time. If you miss the entire session without notice, it is treated as a no-show.No-Shows

These services require significant preparation prior to any consultation or document delivery. Once medical records are uploaded and review begins, the service is non-refundable. If you fail to provide the necessary documentation, the service may be delayed but not refunded.Provider Cancellations
