A comprehensive review of your service records, VA, and private medical records by a licensed Nurse Practitioner and current VA C&P examiner. I carefully examine your service treatment records, VA medical notes, and private healthcare documentation to identify the evidence already present that supports service connection, as well as highlight any gaps that may need to be addressed. You’ll then receive a 30 minute one-on-one consultation where I explain my findings in plain language, so you understand how your records align with VA requirements and what steps can strengthen your claim.

Cancellations
Because much of the work begins as soon as records are received, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of booking to qualify for a full refund. After this point, the record review may already be in progress and the service becomes non-refundable.Rescheduling (for live sessions such as 1:1 C&P Prep)
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. If rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.Late Arrivals (for live sessions only)
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled 1:1 session, the session may be shortened to fit the remaining time. If you miss the entire session without notice, it is treated as a no-show.No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled 1:1 C&P Prep session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds are provided for no-shows.Record-Based Services (Medical Record Review & Nexus Letters)
These services require significant preparation prior to any consultation or document delivery. Once medical records are uploaded and review begins, the service is non-refundable. If you fail to provide the necessary documentation, the service may be delayed but not refunded.Provider Cancellations
If Relief Health Group must cancel or reschedule your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund if work has not yet begun.
