The Expedited Review – Priority Processing Add-On is designed for veterans who require faster turnaround times after completing a Medical Record Review and authorizing Nexus Letter development. When selected, your case is advanced to the front of the review and drafting queue. A licensed medical provider will prioritize the evaluation and preparation of your Nexus Letter while maintaining the highest standards of medical accuracy, clinical integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Cancellations
Because much of the work begins as soon as records are received, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of booking to qualify for a full refund. After this point, the record review may already be in progress and the service becomes non-refundable.Rescheduling (for live sessions such as 1:1 C&P Prep)
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. If rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.Late Arrivals (for live sessions only)
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled 1:1 session, the session may be shortened to fit the remaining time. If you miss the entire session without notice, it is treated as a no-show.No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled 1:1 C&P Prep session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds are provided for no-shows.Record-Based Services (Medical Record Review & Nexus Letters)
These services require significant preparation prior to any consultation or document delivery. Once medical records are uploaded and review begins, the service is non-refundable. If you fail to provide the necessary documentation, the service may be delayed but not refunded.Provider Cancellations
